Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to carry out genetic manipulation of non-coding RNA, perform modeling of CryoEM structures and structural analysis, maintain eukaryotic pathogen and mammalian cell cultures, conduct PCR methods including primer design, standard PCR, and qPCR, perform blotting techniques such as SDS-PAGE, Western blot, and Northern blot, and support routine laboratory experiments and data collection.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences. Those with a background in Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology are especially encouraged to apply. Candidates with their own funding are also eligible to apply.
